Welcome to Nida Management, an agency dedicated to providing support and promotion for creators on the platform. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all creators who register with us, as well as any clients who book our creators. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
To register with Nida Management, you must be at least 18 years old. You must also provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, including your contact information and payment details. You may be required to provide proof of age and identity.
Registration
To register with Nida Management, you must provide us with your username and allow us to access your account for the purposes of promoting your content. By registering with us, you grant us permission to use and display your content for the purposes of promoting your account and securing promotional opportunities.
Representation
If we accept you for representation, we will work to promote your account to clients and secure promotional opportunities for you. However, we do not guarantee that you will receive any promotions or that any promotions you do receive will meet your expectations. We may terminate our representation of you at any time for any reason.
Fees
We do not charge creators for representation. Instead, we take a commission from the fees paid by clients for promotional opportunities. The commission rate will be agreed upon in writing before any work is performed.
Client Bookings
If a client books you for a promotional opportunity, we will provide you with all the necessary information about the opportunity, including the date, time, and payment details. You are responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the promotional opportunity. If you are unable to fulfill a promotional opportunity for any reason, you must notify us as soon as possible. Failure to fulfill a promotional opportunity without a valid reason may result in termination of our representation of you.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, including your content, contact details, and payment information. We will only share this information with clients as necessary for the purposes of securing promotional opportunities for you. We will not share your information with any third party without your consent.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any content produced by or for Nida Management will be owned by Nida Management. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your content for the purposes of promoting your account. You may not use your content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate our representation agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. If we terminate our representation of you, we will cease promoting your account and remove your content from our website and any other promotional materials. If you terminate our representation of you, you must notify us in writing and cease using our name and materials to promote your account.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nida Management is based.
